基本信息：男 45岁
病情描述:(发病时间.主要症状.就诊医院等)
Indication:
One year of frequency, urgency and dysuria. Cystoscopy and urodynamics normal.
Finding:Pre and pyelographic phase CT of abdomen and pelvis with delayed phase prone CT of pelvis. Tiny 2mm calyceal calculus in the lower pole of left kidney. No right renal, ureteric ir bladder calculus.
Post contrast, the collecting systems and ureters are normal and there is no bladder filling defect. 6mm non enhancing simple cyst at the lower pole of right and tiny cyst at the lower pole of left kidney. The renal parenchyma is otherwise normal.
Normal spleen, liver, pancreas and left adrenal gland. The right adrenal gland has a tiny focus of benign calcification. No lymph node enlargement or free fluid.
Minor prostatic calcification, Unremarkable bowel.
The lungs bases are clear. Right L4/5 facet joint degeneration.
Comment:
Tiny left lower pole calyx calculus. No other significant finding in the renal tract. No renal tract obstruction.
